Payment Processes:
Juwan Clarke Productions accepts payments from the following applications: Venmo, CashApp and PayPal. For any PayPal payments, a 3% fee of your total invoiced amount will be added to your total amount to cover any fees.
Paying via Venmo
1. Open Venmo. Tap the Venmo app icon, which resembles a white "V" on a light-blue background. This will open your Venmo home page if you're logged in.
•If you aren't logged into Venmo, enter your email address and password when prompted. You may have to verify your account by entering a code that's sent to your Venmo phone number before you can proceed.
•If you haven't yet registered for a Venmo account, sign up for Venmo before attempting to sign in.
2. Tap the "Pay or Request" icon. It's a feather-shaped icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Select Recipient. Type in @Juwan-C
4. Enter the amount. Type in the amount (Deposit or Final Payment) you want to send.
5. Add a note. Tap the "What's it for?" text box below our recipient's name, then type in the note your name, type of order (Flyers, Logos, Ticket Sheets, Business Cards, Performance/Audio Mix) and what type of payment (Deposit or Final Payment).
6. Set payment to private. All payments are set to private for confidential purposes.
7. Tap Pay. This blue button is in the lower-right side of the screen.
8. Tap Pay when prompted. It's a green button at the bottom of the screen. Doing so will send your specified amount of money to Juwan Clarke Productions. You should see Juwan Clarke Productions and the amount you're sending in the Pay button (e.g., Pay Juwan Clarke Productions $25.00).
9. Once we receive your payment, we will send a confirmation email stating that we have received your payment.
Paying via CashApp
1. Open the Cash App. This a green icon with a white dollar sign.
2. Enter the amount. Type in the amount (Deposit or Final Payment) you want to send.
3. Tap Pay.
4. Enter the $Cashtag. Our Cashtag is $JuwanClarke
5. Enter what the payment is for. Type in the note your name, type of order (Flyers, Logos, Ticket Sheets, Business Cards, Performance/Audio Mix) and what type of payment (Deposit or Final Payment).
6. Tap Pay
7. Once we receive your payment, we will send a confirmation email stating that we have received your payment.

FINAL BALANCE/PAYMENT
• Your final invoice will be issued once your graphic design is approved and completed.
• Once your design is approved, your final invoice will be issued.
- Submit Your Design: Submitting a design does not guarantee an approval/order. If we are unable to accommodate your request we will let you know within 2-3 business days. Please use the service form below to list the details of the concept of your graphic.
- Pricing:
- Price list is located under the Price List tab.
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required (will be applied to your total cost)
- An email confirmation will be sent to proceed with designing your graphic and the submission of your 30% non refundable deposit through CashApp, Venmo, and Paypal will be needed to begin. We ask that you do not send any money until an email confirmation is sent via email or discussing payment with us. Instructions will be provided for each platform.
- Once final payment is received, you will receive your finished product.
